• Full refund if not a single review is removed within 60 days after manager access was granted.
• How: email contact@regainstars.com after the 60 days. We refund the full amount to the original payment method via Stripe within 5 business days.
• If at least one review was removed within the 60 days, the service is considered delivered and no refund is due.
• If you change your mind before granting manager access, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• No refund is possible if manager access is never granted after 14 days, or is removed before the 60 days have passed.
