Terms of Service

1. Service. RegainStars reviews the public Google reviews of a business location and flags and appeals reviews that, in our assessment, violate Google's content policies, using Google's official tools. We do not write, buy, sell or solicit reviews, contact reviewers, or use fake accounts.

2. No guarantee of removal. Google alone decides whether a review is removed. We do not guarantee the removal of any specific review or any specific rating.

3. Price. The service costs a one-time flat fee per business location as shown at checkout (currently USD 199). No subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe.

4. Customer obligations. After purchase, the customer adds regainstars@gmail.com as a Manager to the Google Business Profile of the location. The customer confirms that they are authorized to grant this access. The customer can remove our access at any time. Without access we cannot start the work, and the 60-day period begins once access is granted.

5. Scope of access. We use manager access only to flag and appeal reviews and to check their status. We do not change business information, post content, reply to reviews or contact anyone on the customer's behalf.

6. Duration and reports. We work on the appeals for 60 days from the day access is granted and send status reports after approximately 7, 30 and 60 days.

7. Money-back guarantee. If not a single review is removed within 60 days after access was granted, the customer receives a full refund of the fee (see Refund Policy).

8. References. Only if the customer opts in at checkout or in writing, we may show the business name, location and before/after rating as a reference on our website. The customer can withdraw this consent at any time by email.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fee paid. We are not liable for decisions made by Google, changes to Google's policies or systems, or any loss of business.

10. No affiliation. RegainStars is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google is a trademark of Google LLC.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
